What is Ally4Health?
Ally4Health is an integrative and functional medicine clinic at 25010 US Hwy 27, Suite I, in Leesburg, Florida. Google files it under medical spa, but its own description leads with root-cause care. Shannon Weber, AGPCNP-BC, is the only prescriber named, and the clinic describes her as having over 27 years of medical experience.
It offers functional medicine, IV nutrient therapy, hormone and wellness care, regenerative aesthetics, weight management, peptide and regenerative options, red light and sauna sessions, autoimmune support, and a concierge membership. Its most fully described service is a 16-week weight management membership with medical supervision, compounded injections when appropriate, red light, infrared sauna, and Registered Dietitian support. Amanda Ferragamo provides the dietitian support. The program does not name the medications it uses, and it does not say which clinician runs it.
It serves Leesburg, The Villages, Lady Lake, and Fruitland Park in person, and it offers telehealth across Florida. Hours are by appointment only, so call (352) 250-9819 to confirm a time. It holds a Google rating of 5 from 50 reviews.
What does it cost?
The weight program has two plans. Plan 1 is $500 per month and includes weekly visits, two compounded injections a week, red light and sauna sessions, and dietitian support. Plan 2 is $800 per month and puts most services at twice a week, with a lipotropic injection twice weekly. The monthly price covers the compounded injections, which are prescribed only when the provider finds them appropriate. Membership runs 16 weeks, and pricing is locked for that period. In its own words: "Membership may be canceled at any time; however, partial months are not prorated."
Plan 1 lists the initial medical consultation at a $199 value, but it does not publish a fee for that visit. For Registered Dietitian visits, the listed fees are $90 for an initial consultation and $75 for follow-ups if insurance is not used. Most insurance plans are accepted for dietitian services. It does not say whether insurance is accepted for medical visits or the weight program.
Concierge membership comes in two levels: Premiere at $199 per month and Elite at $99 per month. Both include same-day or next-day access and member discounts. Joining requires an initial consultation. It does not publish prices for hormone therapy or peptide therapy.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who supervises the weight program and signs the prescriptions. Shannon Weber is the only prescriber named. Ask which medications are in the compounded injections and the lipotropic injection, and what happens to your fee if you are not found eligible for them.
Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medical consultation, lab work, and follow-up visits, and what the labs cost. Ask whether medical visits or the weight program can be billed to insurance. Ask what hormone therapy or peptide therapy costs, and whether screening labs come first. Peptide options require a consultation and screening.
Ask how cancellation works. Since partial months are not prorated, ask how the final month is billed, and whether extending past 16 weeks costs more. For concierge membership, ask what the required initial consultation costs.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want integrative care in Leesburg or by telehealth across Florida, and you are ready for a monthly membership with medical supervision, dietitian support, and red light and sauna sessions included. It is worth calling first if you need hormone or peptide prices or a set clinic schedule before you commit.
