About Angelic Aesthetic

What is Angelic Aesthetic?

Angelic Aesthetic is a med spa at 16703 Early Riser Avenue in Land O Lakes, Florida, reachable at 813-553-2191. Its main business is injectables and skin treatments, including neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify, dermal filler, microneedling, PRX Derm Perfexion, and PDO threads, which are coming soon. Weight loss and hormone optimization are two more services. Treatments can be given at your home, at a private party, or in the office.

Angela Siggia, APRN, FNP-BC, is the owner and nurse practitioner, and Adel Haque, MD, is the medical director. Its Google rating is 5 from 45 reviews.

For weight loss, Angelic Aesthetic can use GLP medications. In its own words: "At Angelic Aesthetic we can use GLPs to aide in your weight loss as well as nutrition guidance and fitness coaching." Hormone optimization is hormone replacement therapy, using bioidentical hormones that a pharmacist compounds to a dose set from blood or saliva tests.

What does it cost?

Injectable and skin prices are published. Neuromodulators are $12 per unit, and Dysport is $10 per unit on a first visit, with a $25 gift card for the next visit. Dermal filler is $750 per syringe. Four microneedling sessions cost $1,300 with hyaluronic acid, $1,550 with AnteAGE growth factor or brightening solution, or $2,150 with PRX. Four PRX Derm Perfexion sessions are $1,200, and four hair-growth microneedling sessions are $1,450.

Membership starts at Bronze, $1,584, which includes 150 units of Tox. Gold is $192 a month or $2,295 a year, and Platinum is $289 a month or $3,465 a year. Gold and Platinum each list 10% savings per year. Silver banks cash in a client wallet for services at 12% off, with monthly payments of $100 to $200. A referral earns you and your friend $50 off a $200 treatment or more.

Weight loss and hormone therapy have no published prices. Angelic Aesthetic does not say whether medication is included in any price, and it does not state a consultation fee, insurance acceptance, hours, or telehealth options.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask which GLP medication is used, since no name is given, and whether it is brand-name or compounded. Ask whether the weight loss or hormone fee is monthly, and whether it covers the medication, lab work, and follow-up visits. For hormones, ask which pharmacy compounds them and which of the two prescribers will sign your prescription.

On membership, ask whether Bronze is a one-time payment and how cancellation works for any monthly plan. Ask about the consultation fee, whether insurance, HSA, or financing is accepted, and whether any visit can be done by video.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want injectable or skin treatments at home, at a party, or in the office, and you are comfortable paying cash. It also suits you if you want weight loss or hormone care and will get the medication and the monthly total in writing before you pay. If you need published prices for weight loss or hormone care before you call, Angelic Aesthetic does not publish them, so you will need to ask.
