What is RevitalIV?
RevitalIV is a medical wellness clinic at 1317 W Indiantown Rd, Suite 100, in Jupiter, Florida. For weight loss, the clinic publishes two plan prices. The Gold plan is $699 per person and includes a 15-minute consult with Dr. Ryan Brown, a weight and vitals check, and injections you give yourself at home. The Platinum plan is $999 per person and adds weekly injections given by a nurse at the clinic, a 1L Reduce IV drip twice a month, pharmaceutical grade weight loss supplements, and 2 slim shots a month.
It does not say whether either price is monthly or whether the prescription medication is included. It does not publish a consultation fee, an insurance policy, cancellation terms, or prices for its other services. It mentions financing and payment plans, but the terms are not spelled out. Ask for the full cost in writing before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs each prescription, and whether Dr. Ryan Brown writes the weight loss, hormone, and peptide orders. Ask whether semaglutide or tirzepatide is brand-name or compounded, and whether the peptides are compounded and by which pharmacy. Ask what the slim shots and supplements contain, and whether the $699 or $999 includes the medication itself.
Ask what labs and follow-up visits cost, and whether they are included. Ask how membership and cancellation work, and whether mobile IV service or telehealth visits are offered. Ask whether ketamine treatment is available and what it costs, since it appears in the clinic's summary but not in its service list.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want physician-supervised weight management, or hormone and peptide care, under a named prescriber, and you can pay cash and get the medication and recurring costs in writing first. If you need insurance billing or published prices for every service, ask about those before you commit.
