What does it cost?
The clinic does not publish prices, for weight loss or for any other service. The first visit is labeled free, with the button reading "Schedule Free Consultation." The clinic does not say whether medication is included in any program fee. It also does not say whether it accepts insurance, or whether it offers HSA use, financing, membership terms, or a cancellation policy. Get those answers in writing before you commit to a program.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which physician signs your prescription, and whether that physician sees you in person or only by telemedicine.
Ask whether the monthly fee for the GLP-1 program includes the medication. If it does not, ask what the medication costs each month.
The clinic names Semaglutide and Tirzepatide but does not say whether its medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask which one it uses and where the supply comes from.
Ask what the baseline lab work costs, how often follow-up visits happen, and what each visit costs.
The weight loss service is titled "GLP-1 Weight Loss & Peptides," but no peptide therapy is described as its own treatment. If peptides are part of your interest, ask what they involve, what they cost, and which physician prescribes them.
Ask how you cancel and whether any membership carries a minimum term.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in or near Palm Beach County or the Treasure Coast, can reach the Jupiter office or a telemedicine visit, and want physician-led care for weight loss or hormone therapy. It also suits you if you are ready to pay out of pocket once you have prices in writing. It is a weaker fit if you need a published price before you book, or if peptide therapy is the main reason you are calling.
