About Kelly Weight Loss & Wellness
What is Kelly Weight Loss & Wellness?
Kelly Weight Loss & Wellness is a cash-pay medical weight loss practice in West Islip, New York, run by Brittany Kelly, FNP-BC, MSN, NP, RN. She has 14 years of health care experience, including work as a nurse practitioner in urgent care and OB/GYN. She is the only prescriber named. Mikayla Kelly, RN, is listed for IV infusion therapy, not for prescribing.
The office is at 500 Montauk Highway, inside Pagoda Acupuncture & Wellness (Suite T), West Islip, NY 11795. The phone number is 631-374-6895. Telehealth is offered across New York, and the service area is listed as Long Island. It does not publish regular hours, though its contact page says walk-ins are welcome. Its Google listing shows a rating of 5 from 25 reviews.
Medical weight loss is the main service. The medications named are Wegovy, Zepbound and Semaglutide, along with phentermine, Qsymia, Contrave and Saxenda. It also offers IV infusion, vitamin and fat-loss injections, NAD+, and wrinkle reducing injectables using Botox, Xeomin and Dysport. Its About page says Brittany provides hormone therapy, but gives no details. Its peptides and vitamins menu names no peptide product.
What does it cost?
The clearest price is $499 a month for brand-name Wegovy, self pay, for all doses. That price covers the medication. Zepbound from Lilly Direct Pharmacy is $349 for 2.5 mg for one month, or $499 a month for 5 mg, 7.5 mg or 10 mg.
A free 15 minute phone consult comes first. The one hour consult, with lab work, prescription, nutrition advice, recipes and evaluation, is $120. A follow-up visit is $80 and covers refills, dosage adjustments and unlimited portal messages. Vitamin and fat-loss injections run from $25 to $50, and NAD+ is $235 a month. It does not publish prices for IV infusion or wrinkle injectables.
It does not say whether it accepts insurance. In its own words: "We try to get all the medications covered by insurance." If a plan does not cover a medication, it offers self pay. It does not publish membership terms, cancellation terms, or whether it accepts HSA cards or offers financing.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs each prescription and whether Brittany reviews your history before any medication starts. Ask whether the $499 Wegovy price covers the medication alone or the visits too, and whether the $120 consult and $80 follow-up are charged on top. Ask which pharmacy fills each medication, and whether any of them are compounded rather than brand-name. Ask what lab work costs beyond the consult, and what the NAD+ monthly fee covers and who prescribes it. Ask whether your insurance will be billed, whether HSA cards are accepted, and how cancellation works, since none of that is published. Ask for the office hours, and whether telehealth can cover your visits if you live outside West Islip.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in New York, are willing to pay cash for the medication and visits, and want a nurse practitioner handling the prescribing for medical weight loss. If you need your insurance plan billed, or you want written cancellation terms before you pay, get those answers before you book.
