What is Thrive IV Infusions & Medical Spa?

What does it cost?

Memberships are billed monthly: Silver is $154, Gold $325 and Platinum $490, plus a one-time $49 start-up fee that can go toward your first service. Member credit covers IV infusions and boosters, but not Emsculpt or the Weight Loss Program. Memberships start with a six-month term and then auto-renew on a six-month basis. After the first term, either side can cancel with 30 days written notice, and dues are non-refundable once the transaction is complete.
It does not publish a price for the Weight Loss Program or for Sermorelin therapy. It does not say whether any price includes medication, whether it accepts insurance, or what a consultation costs.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription for the weight loss program and for sermorelin, and whether Dr. Kramarich sees you in person. The clinic does not say whether telehealth visits are offered.
Ask whether the monthly weight loss fee includes medication, and whether the semaglutide is brand-name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, since none of that is published.
The booster menu includes Zofran and Toradol, which the clinic describes as medications. Ask who orders those and whether a physician reviews you first.
Ask whether you can pay per visit instead of joining a membership, and whether insurance or an HSA card can be used.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want IV infusions or boosters in Jacksonville and can accept a six-month membership term. If you are considering the weight loss program, get the medication and consultation costs in writing before you commit.
