What is Intercoastal Health?
Intercoastal Health is an integrative medical clinic at 3874 San Jose Park Drive, Suite 5, in Jacksonville, Florida 32217. The phone number is (904) 799-2531. It has one office, open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM and closed on weekends. The clinic does not name the provider who prescribes, so ask that before you book.

What does it cost?
The medical weight loss evaluation is $189 per visit, and the consultation fee is also listed at $189. No hidden fees are listed. The visit covers medical intake and symptom review, a metabolic and weight history, a nutrition and lifestyle evaluation, and treatment planning. Labs and medications are billed separately. The clinic runs as a self-pay practice for weight management. In its own words: "This model allows for longer visits, advanced diagnostics, and personalized care that is often not covered by insurance."
No membership is needed for the first step. Monthly weight management care is offered to eligible patients after the evaluation, but the clinic does not publish a monthly price, so ask for it. It also does not publish prices for hormone, peptide or other services.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and what credentials that person holds. Ask whether the monthly plan includes medication or only provider care, and what it costs each month. The clinic does not say whether GLP-1 medication is included in any price. If one is recommended, ask whether it is the brand-name product or a compounded version, and what it will cost you.
Ask what lab work costs, how often it is repeated, and what each follow-up visit costs. Ask how cancellation works, since no cancellation terms are published. If you are considering peptide therapy, ask which products are used and where they come from, because the clinic lists BPC-157 peptide therapy but publishes no price for it. Ask which areas the clinic serves, since it does not publish a service area, and whether a telemedicine visit costs the same as an in-person one.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a self-pay evaluation in Jacksonville at $189 and are ready to pay separately for labs and any medication. If you need the prescriber's name, a monthly price or cancellation terms before you pay, get those answers first and book only after you have them.
