If retatrutide interests you, ask whether it is offered, since the clinic's own explainer calls it investigational and not FDA-approved.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you have lost weight before, want medication with labs, weekly check-ins and a plan for maintenance, and are ready to pay cash for it. It is probably not the fit if you want an injection with no program around it, since that is not how the practice works.
