About Aquarian Health
What is Aquarian Health?
Aquarian Health is a physician founded and operated practice with offices in Jacksonville and Tallahassee, Florida. Its core is direct primary care, a membership where you pay a flat monthly fee straight to your physician. Hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy and regenerative services sit alongside it.
Dr. Stowers is the one prescriber named, and the practice does not publish credentials for any prescriber. The weight loss program uses compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Semaglutide is the active ingredient in Ozempic and Wegovy, and tirzepatide is the active ingredient in Mounjaro and Zepbound. The peptide menu includes BPC-157, MOTS-c, NAD+ and tesamorelin.
It offers telehealth in all 50 states. GLP-1 plans are managed remotely unless you add a direct primary care membership for in-person visits.
This listing is for its Jacksonville office at 920 Margaret St.
What does it cost?
The GLP-1 program is listed from $99 a month. Standard semaglutide is $299 a month and standard tirzepatide is $399 a month, and those two prices appear on the pricing page rather than the weight loss page. The $99 option is labeled a micro-dose tier, but the weight loss page also calls $99 a registration fee that books your first appointment. It does not say whether medication is included in that price.
Direct primary care starts at $109 a month. Testosterone therapy on its own is from $198 a month, with medication included, and women's hormone care is from $400 a month, also with medication included. Bundles cost more. The men's hormone optimization plan is $322 a month, and the men's hormones plus weight loss plan is $800 a month. Peptide protocols are listed as varying in price.
It does not bill insurance for its membership fees, and the first consultation is free. In its own words: "Remote care. No contracts. Cancel anytime after 3 months."
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the $99 covers medication, since the pricing page presents it as a monthly price and the weight loss page calls it a registration fee. Ask which physician signs your prescription, because Dr. Stowers is the only prescriber named and no credentials are printed beside that name. Ask how the compounded product is sourced and which pharmacy fills it, since the program ships from RD3 pharmacy.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost on top of the monthly fee, and whether the metabolic labs are included. Ask how cancellation works during the first three months, since the terms say you can cancel anytime after 3 months. If you want telehealth, ask which state's medical license covers you. It does not list office hours or how long it has been open, so ask both before you plan a visit.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are paying out of pocket for care your insurance will not cover, you want a physician you can message between visits, and you are willing to get the medication, pharmacy and monthly total in writing before you join. It is worth calling (850) 900-1971 if you live near Jacksonville or Tallahassee, or if a remote program is enough for your needs.
