What is Senolytix?

Senolytix is a concierge longevity medicine practice in the West Palm Beach area, at 1620 President Donald J. Trump Blvd in Glen Ridge. Its founder is Dr. Brett Osborn, a neurosurgeon with three decades of neurosurgical and clinical experience. Cody Avery, FNP-BC, is also on the clinical team.

Its focus is longevity: diagnostics, biomarker tracking and senotherapeutics aimed at the drivers of aging. In its own words: "Our evidence-based protocols, diagnostics, and senotherapeutics target the root drivers of aging." Programs it names include Elite, VIP, Essential and Express tiers, a 3-Month Weight Loss program, a cardiac, cognitive and vascular risk assessment, an in-clinic health evaluation, and a concierge primary care program with a limited number of openings. Patients get a direct line to Dr. Osborn. It also has a section for out-of-state patients.

What does it cost?

It does not publish program prices. Veterans and first responders get $1,000 off any of its longevity optimization programs. It doesn't say whether it takes insurance. The first step is a free conversation with a team member to go over your options, and that's the place to ask for prices.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask what each tier costs, what it includes, and how long you're committed. Ask who handles day-to-day prescribing, Dr. Osborn or the nurse practitioner. For the 3-Month Weight Loss program, ask whether it uses a GLP-1 medication, whether that drug is brand-name or compounded, and whether the program price includes it. Ask how lab work is billed and whether any of it can go through insurance. Ask how to cancel if you stop partway.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want a concierge longevity practice near West Palm Beach with direct access to its founding doctor, and you expect to pay a program fee out of pocket. If you only want a single prescription at a set monthly price, this model is built for something different.
