Lab tests are the Hormone Test at $350, the Food Sensitivity Test at $600 and the Micronutrient Test at $750. Memberships are the Core Wellness Plan at $99 a month, the Duo Plan at $175 a month and the Family Wellness Plan at $250 a month. What should you ask before you book?
Start with the injections. Ask whether the $300 GLP-1 price includes the medication, and what the $300 sermorelin price covers. Ask whether the semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand-name or compounded. Ask Davis how the prescription works, including whether anything beyond physician review is needed before the first injection, and whether telehealth visits are offered.
Then ask about consults. The peptide and hormone sections say consults and lab testing are required, while the natural weight-loss section says no consults are necessary. Ask which applies to you. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and what hormone therapy will cost before you commit. Finally, ask whether a membership covers the injections or only the drips, and how cancellation works.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight-loss injections or hormone therapy with a named physician prescriber, you can pay out of pocket or with HSA or FSA funds, and you are comfortable with a clinic whose main business is IV and vitamin drips.
