Weight loss is one program within that, built around semaglutide. You take an online quiz, get blood work at a Lab Corp near you, and then have a telemedicine video consultation with a licensed medical provider who confirms whether you're eligible. If you are, semaglutide is delivered monthly for you to inject yourself each week, with weekly consultations and coaching. It also offers in clinic treatments if you'd rather be seen in person. The first step costs $149.00: an initial consultation with lab testing that includes hormones and some vitamins. The semaglutide itself is paid for separately after the consultation, and its price isn't published. The center has insurance and veterans pages, but it doesn't say whether insurance covers any part of the weight loss program.

Who is the licensed medical provider who prescribes the semaglutide, and what are their credentials? What does the semaglutide cost each month, and is it brand-name or compounded? Are the weekly consultations and coaching included, or billed separately? If the labs show you aren't a candidate, is any of the $149.00 refunded? Is there a minimum number of months, and how do you stop?
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a semaglutide program from a practice that also offers acupuncture and integrative care, and you're comfortable with a video consultation. If you want to meet the prescriber in person before you start, ask for an in clinic visit when you book.
