About SWFL Health and Hydration

What is SWFL Health and Hydration?

SWFL Health and Hydration is mainly a mobile IV hydration service. Registered nurses come to a client's home, hotel, office or event across Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties, including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and Punta Gorda. Kasey Cook, RN and Licensed Paramedic-Firefighter, founded the practice in 2020.

Alongside the IV work, it offers peptide therapy, women's hormone therapy and medical weight loss. Hormone and weight loss care is done in person at its Fort Myers office, 7990 Summerlin Lakes Dr., Suite 100, Fort Myers, FL 33907, which is inside Apex Physical Therapy. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm, with weekends by appointment. Peptides work differently: after a provider consultation, the protocol is shipped to the client's door for at-home use. The peptides it names are BPC-157, TB-500, Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, GHK-Cu and Epitalon, plus a blend it calls Wolverine.

Dr. Greene, Board Certified MD, is the medical director and reviews every peptide protocol. The office's hormone and weight loss care is led by an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), but the clinic does not name that nurse practitioner. In its own words: "Provider consultation required before dispensing any protocol."

What does it cost?

It does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone therapy or peptides, and it does not publish a consultation fee. Nothing it publishes says whether insurance is accepted, whether a price includes medication, or what membership, cancellation or financing terms apply. Ask for a written quote that lists the consultation, the medication, each follow-up visit and each lab draw before you commit.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs the prescription for hormone therapy and for weight loss care, and for the name and credentials of the nurse practitioner who would see you. Ask whether Dr. Greene reviews those protocols too. For medical weight loss, ask which medication is used, since the clinic does not name it, and whether the program fee includes that medication or bills it separately. For peptides, ask whether each one is compounded or manufactured, and by whom, and ask for the Certificate of Analysis for the exact product you would receive. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost on top of the starting price. Finally, ask how you cancel and whether there is a minimum commitment.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want in-person hormone or weight loss care in Fort Myers with a Board Certified MD overseeing the protocol, and you are willing to get the price in writing before you book. If you need a published price list or want a named prescriber on the first visit, call first and decide after you hear the answers.
