What is Daniel Bendetowicz, MD?
Daniel Bendetowicz, MD, PA runs an internal medicine practice at 6840 International Center Boulevard in Fort Myers, Florida. It is mainly a concierge primary care office, and the weight loss program is one of its services. Dr. Bendetowicz is the only prescriber named. The office phone is (239) 985-1050, and the office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:15 pm, and closed on weekends.
The weight loss program uses GLP-1 medicines. The program names Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound. Concierge members can be seen the same day for sick visits, in person or by telemedicine as appropriate. The weight loss program is sold separately from concierge care, and the office says so directly: "This program is a standalone offering, available independently of our concierge services." It does not include primary care.
What does it cost?
The weight loss program has no published price. The office does not say whether medication is included in any program fee, whether insurance is accepted, or whether there is a commitment period.
Concierge membership is priced. Full Membership is $250 a month or $2,990 a year, and it includes the weight loss program at no additional cost. The second tier, labeled "Premium Membership" by the clinic, is $165 a month or $1,990 a year. Its listing does not mention the weight loss program, and it is available only to people younger than 65.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether Dr. Bendetowicz writes every prescription in the program, and who monitors you between visits. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication. If it does not, ask what the medication costs each month and where it is filled. Ask whether the drug is brand-name, such as Wegovy or Zepbound, or compounded, since the office names brands without saying which it uses.
Ask what the initial blood work, follow-up visits and monitoring cost, and whether any of it can be billed to insurance. Ask how to cancel and whether you must commit to a set number of months. The practice's contact block also lists Bonita Spring, so confirm that visits happen in Fort Myers.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a GLP-1 program run by a physician and you are ready to pay cash without a published price. If you already hold a Full Membership, the program is included at no additional cost. It is a weaker fit if you need insurance to cover the program, or if you want the weight loss program to serve as your primary care, since it does not include primary care.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
