What is Vivagen Health?
Vivagen Health is a medical wellness clinic with three offices in South Florida malls: Coral Ridge Mall, Broward Mall and Westland Mall. It also offers virtual visits for eligible patients in Florida. It isn't only a weight loss clinic. Its services include weight loss, testosterone therapy, women's health, erectile dysfunction treatment, IV therapy, NAD+ therapy, hair loss therapy and urgent care.
The weight loss program uses weekly injectable medication combined with nutrition and lifestyle changes. Health evaluations happen at virtual or in-office appointments, and you're taught to give the injections yourself at home. It doesn't name the weight loss medications. On the hormone side, it offers testosterone therapy built around lab testing. It says its providers are board-certified, but it doesn't name them or list their credentials. Every office is open seven days a week, it says it can see patients the same or next day, and its staff speak Spanish.

What should you ask before you book?
Which weight loss medication would you get, and is it a brand-name drug or a compounded one? What is the monthly price, and does it include the medication and the follow-up visits? Who is the prescriber, and what are their credentials? For testosterone therapy, what do the lab tests cost, and how often are they repeated? Is there a minimum number of months, and how do you cancel? And since the offices are listed by mall name only, ask exactly where in the mall the office you want is.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight loss or testosterone care from a clinic at the mall, including on weekends, with the option of a virtual visit. If you want a named physician and published prices before you go, you'll need to ask for both.
