What is Seadipity Wellness?
Seadipity Wellness is a cash-pay clinic at 22455 Flora Parke Crossing in Fernandina Beach, Florida, inside Flip Flops and Lollipops. Angela O’Donnell opened the wellness center in 2022. It calls itself a specialty clinic that provides concierge medicine, and it says it serves Florida and Southeast Georgia. Its two prescribers are Angela O’Donnell, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified by the National Certification Corporation, and Josh Harper, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Its four main services are peptides, weight loss, hormone therapy and functional services. It also lists primary care, gynecology, prenatal care, cancer screening, labs, antiaging, the P-Shot and the Oo-Shot. The peptide page names tirzepatide, semaglutide and retatrutide under weight management, and Trimix, PT141 and oxytocin under sexual health. In its own words: "Peptide Therapy ordered specifically for individual clients." Google lists it as a medical clinic with a 4.5 rating from 15 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices or a consultation fee. Hormone therapy, peptides, weight loss and functional services are self pay, so you pay for them directly. There is no membership fee. In its own words: "We do not charge a membership fee like most typical concierge clinics, instead we charge per office visit." It does not say whether any price includes the medication. Scheduling a P-Shot requires a deposit, and the amount is not given. Call 904-452-4790 for the numbers before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the medication is included in the per-visit price or billed on top of it. Ask whether tirzepatide and semaglutide are brand-name products or compounded, and whether retatrutide is actually offered. Ask the same about peptides such as BPC157 and Epitalon, including who makes them. Ask which nurse practitioner would prescribe for you and who handles follow-up. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether any visit can be done by telehealth, since the clinic does not say. Its hours are Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm, with a lunch hour from 1pm to 2pm, so ask what happens if you need care on other days. Ask how much the P-Shot deposit is, whether it is refunded if you cancel, and how cancellation works for any service.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you plan to pay out of pocket for hormone therapy, weight loss or peptide care and can book on a weekday during the day. It is a weaker fit if you need a published price, Friday or weekend hours, or telehealth before you commit.
