What does it cost?
Hew Health does not publish prices. It also does not publish a consultation fee, membership terms or a cancellation policy, and it does not say whether medication is included in any monthly fee. The clinic calls its pricing transparent, but no figures appear anywhere in its materials. It does not take insurance. Financing is available through Cherry, a third-party lender, which uses a soft credit check to pre-qualify and is subject to credit approval. Ask for a complete written price before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with who signs your prescription and who adjusts your plan between visits. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication itself, or whether the drug is billed separately by a pharmacy. For GLP-1 and peptide care, ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy prepares it. Ask what the lab work costs, how often it is repeated, and whether the in-home draw is a separate charge. The clinic puts it this way: "Optimization is not an appointment, it's a relationship." Ask what follow-up visits cost, and what you would owe if you cancel. For regenerative medicine, ask what the informed consent covers, because the clinic states these therapies are not FDA-approved.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are paying cash for care your insurance will not cover, you want a named clinician to reach between visits, and you are comfortable asking for a written price before committing. It is a weaker fit if you need published prices before any conversation, since none are posted.
