What is Age Well Dr?
Age Well Dr is a multi-service medical practice. It offers regenerative medicine and stem cell treatments (Muse Stem Cells, IV Stem Cells and Joints Stem Cells), weight loss and peptides, men's health, hormone therapy, aesthetic medicine, vitamin IV and shots, EBOO, labwork, Suboxone therapy, a Medical Tint Exemption and a Medical MJ Card. Weight loss and peptides is one service on that list, not the whole practice.
The weight loss page names semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide, along with phentermine, Bella Capsule, lipotropics, BPC-157, TB500, KLOW, GHKCU, tesamorelin, CJC/IPAMORELIN, sermorelin, Semax/Selank and oxytocin. Some of its listed combinations also include TRT and enclomiphene. Its FAQ gives Wegovy and Ozempic as brand names for semaglutide, and Zepbound and Mounjaro for tirzepatide. It describes retatrutide as investigational and not yet FDA-approved for weight loss. It does not name the physician or prescriber who would see you. In its own words: "Your provider will review your medical history to determine if GLP-1 therapy is right for you."
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for any service, and it does not list a consultation fee. It does not say whether it bills insurance, whether a monthly fee would include the medication, or whether it dispenses brand-name or compounded versions. Its FAQ names brand products, but it does not say which version it provides. Ask the office you plan to visit for its prices, any consultation fee, and the terms for follow-up visits and lab work.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes, and get the physician's name and license before you pay anything. Ask whether the monthly fee covers the medication, and whether you would receive the brand-name product or a compounded one. Ask how follow-up visits and lab work are billed. Ask whether visits can be done by telehealth, since it does not say. Ask whether it bills insurance, and how cancellation and refunds work. If retatrutide is part of your plan, ask how it would be offered, given that its own FAQ calls it investigational and not yet FDA-approved.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want several services under one practice name and you are ready to ask who prescribes and what the monthly cost includes before you commit. It makes less sense if you need a named prescriber, published prices or a clear answer on which version of a medication you would receive.
