What is Zen Luxe Medspa & IV Lounge?

Zen Luxe Medspa & IV Lounge is a med spa and IV lounge at 1881 N University Dr. in Coral Springs, Florida. It's run by its owner and practitioner, Resha Rudduck, CRNA, who goes by Injector Resha or Nurse Resha. The medical side has two parts. For prescription weight loss it offers semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, which it describes as compounds of Ozempic and Mounjaro, plus phentermine capsules. For hormones it offers bioidentical hormone replacement with Pellecome pellets that are custom compounded and inserted in the office by Nurse Resha after blood work and exams. Peptide treatments are on the menu without details.

What does it cost?

Weight loss comes in two monthly plans. At-home self injection is $399 per month, and you pick up supplies at the office or have them shipped. Weekly injections given in the office are $499 a month, which includes a medical exam, an InBody scan, a bloodwork review and weekly progress checks. Either plan can add a B-12 fat burner injection for $100 a month. A 4-month program with 16 weekly shots is also offered, with no price posted.

Consultations are free. It offers financing through Cherry and Care Credit, among others. Pellet pricing isn't published, and it doesn't say whether it accepts insurance.

Ask which medication the monthly price covers, semaglutide or tirzepatide, and whether the price changes if you switch.
