What is Atlantic Men's Clinic?

What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight loss or testosterone treatment. The first virtual weight loss consultation is free. In its own words: "If you qualify and choose to begin treatment, treatment requires a one-time upfront payment and a minimum 6-month program commitment." A first shockwave appointment for erectile dysfunction is $99. It says men's sexual and lifestyle health therapies are less likely to be covered by insurance. It says many patients use HSA funds and suggests asking about payment options.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask what the upfront payment for the 6-month weight loss program is, what happens if you stop early, and whether it covers the medication, follow-up visits and lab work. Ask which compounded medication you would get and how the dose changes over the program. Ask who the prescribing provider is and what their credentials are. For testosterone or growth hormone therapy, ask what is prescribed, what it costs each month and how often your blood work is checked. Ask whether follow-ups happen at the office nearest you or by video.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit for men in South or Southwest Florida who want testosterone, sexual health and weight loss care from one practice with several offices and virtual consultations. If you would rather pay month to month or want a named physician, ask first, since the weight loss program asks for a 6-month commitment paid upfront.
