It names Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Saxenda, Trulicity and Rybelsus, along with semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide. No prescriber is named. It lists Lutz, Gandy, Largo, Ozona and Tampa as towns it serves, but it has one office, in Clearwater. Google lists it at 4.9 from 105 reviews, under the category weight loss service.
What does it cost?
Onyxx does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone therapy or medication, and it does not list a consultation fee. The only figure given is for neurotoxins: $10 per unit of Jeuveau or Xeomin for new clients, against a regular price of $12 per unit. That offer cannot be combined with other offers and must be mentioned when you book. It also offers special pricing on select services for first responders, veterans, teachers, medical professionals, law enforcement officers and active military personnel. New-client offers extend to weight loss programs, but no amount is given. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, whether a weight loss program includes medication, or how cancellation works. It lists a Finance option, so ask what that covers.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription and what license that person holds, since no prescriber is named. Ask whether the weight loss price includes medication, and whether that medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the consultation costs, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost. The practice lists A1C, weight and kidney function among the markers it monitors. If you are considering hormone therapy, ask how it is priced and what Biote certification adds to your care. Ask what it costs to stop partway through a program. Ask whether any part of your care can be done by telehealth, since that is not addressed.
