What is Haus of Giving Face?
Haus of Giving Face is an aesthetics and wellness practice at 1700 N. McMullen Booth Rd., C-4, Clearwater, FL 33759. Most of its work is non-surgical facial treatment: fillers, neuromodulators, microneedling, chemical peels, biostimulator filler and skin care. Weight loss is one of its seven listed services, alongside wellness options such as IV drips. The office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and it is listed as closed on Saturday and Sunday. It serves residents of Clearwater, Oldsmar and nearby communities.
Kimberly Coleman, APRN, CRNA, founded the practice. It describes her as a board-certified nurse anesthetist and advanced aesthetic injector, and lists 21 years of experience. Dr Jim Hughes, MD, is also listed as a prescriber. The weight loss service uses two medications: Tirzepatide, given by injection once a week, and B12 injections, which the clinic calls the "skinny shot." In its own words: "Our specialists will review your medical history to determine if a Tirzepatide or B12 injection suits you."
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight loss. It also does not say whether medication is included in any fee, whether it accepts insurance, or whether there is a consultation fee. The prices it does show are for facial treatments. A chemical peel is listed at $350, and a new patient offer gives 10 units of Botox free with a minimum purchase of 30 units, priced at $13 a unit. The menu also lists payment plans and a membership called THE VIP CLUB. I could not find their terms, or whether either one applies to weight loss.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. The clinic names two prescribers, Kimberly Coleman, APRN, CRNA, and Dr Jim Hughes, MD, but does not say which of them treats weight loss patients or who signs the prescription. Ask that directly. Also ask whether any part of the visit can be done by telehealth, since the clinic does not address it.
Then ask for the total monthly cost. Does the price include the Tirzepatide, or is medication billed separately? Is the medication brand-name or compounded? The clinic does not say. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost. Its own description of supervised weight loss includes monitoring blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure. Ask about the consultation fee, whether insurance or an HSA is accepted, and how you cancel or pause treatment. The clinic shows two phone numbers, 727-238-3085 and (727) 244-3878, so confirm which one reaches the weight loss team.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in Clearwater or Oldsmar, want an in-person supervised weight loss consultation, and are willing to get the prescriber, the medication and the total monthly cost confirmed in writing before you pay. It is less of a fit if you need hormone therapy, peptide therapy or longevity medicine, which it does not list, or if you want a published price before the first visit.
