About Roberts Health

What is Roberts Health?

Roberts Health is an independent nurse practitioner practice at 3046 Del Prado Blvd S., Suite 1B, in Cape Coral, Florida. Its main work is family practice and wellness, and it calls its model "Direct Primary Care." Hannah Roberts, DNP, ENP-C, FNP-C is the nurse practitioner who prescribes. She was granted autonomous practice licensure by the State of Florida in 2019. Google lists the business as a weight loss service, with a rating of 5 from 31 reviews.

Its services are primary care, wellness exams, in-house labs, weight management, cosmetic services, peptide therapy and IV nutrition therapy. Weight management includes semaglutide and tirzepatide. Visits can happen in the office, at home in Lee County, or by telemedicine for patients in Florida, Illinois, Nevada, Arizona, Massachusetts, Virginia, Maryland, Oregon and Connecticut. The office is open Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm, by appointment only. In its own words: "Personalized, one-on-one care from a Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience."

What does it cost?

It publishes most of its prices, but they are cash prices. Weight management is priced as "starting at" figures: semaglutide starts at $250 a month, tirzepatide starts at $350 a month, and oral weight loss medications are $105 a month. It does not say what those starting figures cover, or whether follow-up visits and labs are included.

Visits are priced by length. A new patient in-home visit is $275, and a follow-up in-home visit is $150. In the office, a new patient visit runs $75 to $210 depending on time, and established patients pay $60 to $200. Lab tests are $25 each, and cash-pay labs are discounted through Quest. Injections include B12 at $55 a month, NAD at $60 a shot, glutathione at $40 a shot and Lipo+ at $20 a shot. Kybella pricing is available only on request.

A membership costs $49 a month for ages 0 to 18 and $99 a month for ages 18 to 45. It does not publish a tier for adults over 45, and it does not state its cancellation terms. It accepts debit and credit cards, ACH, cash and FSA or HSA funds. It does not say whether it accepts insurance.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether the monthly weight management price includes the medication, visits, follow-up and labs, and what a realistic total looks like each month. Ask whether the semaglutide or tirzepatide is brand-name or compounded, because it does not say. Ask what follow-up and lab work costs, and how often it is required.

If you want peptide therapy, ask which peptides are used and what they cost, since neither is named or priced. Ask how a membership is cancelled and whether weight management requires one. If you use a telehealth visit for weight management, ask whether it is done by video and what the first visit includes.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you are paying cash, want to work directly with one nurse practitioner, and either live near Cape Coral for home visits or can meet by video from one of the listed states. If you need a named peptide, a full price for weight management, or confirmation of the medication you will receive, get those answers before you book.
