About LifeSynergy Wellness
What is LifeSynergy Wellness?
LifeSynergy Wellness is a clinic at 1425 Viscaya Parkway, Suite 102, in Cape Coral, Florida. Its main work is medical weight loss and hormone therapy, with peptide and anti-aging therapy, IV and vitamin injections, and a direct primary care membership alongside. The prescriber named is Zahily Peraza-Higgins, APRN. In its own words: "We prescribe semaglutide and tirzepatide."
Weight loss uses semaglutide and tirzepatide, and the clinic also names phentermine (Adipex-P, Lomaira), Qsymia and Contrave. Hormone care covers testosterone replacement, enclomiphene citrate as an alternative for men, and bioidentical hormone therapy for perimenopause and menopause. It is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 to 5, Tuesday 8 to 1 and Thursday 8 to 4, and closed on weekends. Google shows the clinic at 5 stars from 192 reviews.
What does it cost?
The Synergy Program costs $180 for the initial visit. After that it is $145 a month for ongoing treatment support and access to what the clinic calls the lowest cost branded GLP-1. The monthly fee does not include the medication. Payment is by recurring credit card or ACH, and there are no long-term contracts. Its medication notes give a self-pay figure of as low as $399 when starting treatment. The program is cash pay only, and government coverage such as Medicare or Medicaid makes a patient ineligible. FSA and HSA funds are accepted. The clinic does not publish prices for hormone therapy, peptide therapy, IV therapy or its primary care membership.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who will write your prescription, and whether it will be the APRN named above or another provider. Ask whether the GLP-1 will be brand-name or compounded. In its own words: "Plans include prescription medications from USA-based, PCAB-accredited 503A compounding pharmacies," yet its price refers to branded GLP-1s, so get the answer in writing.
Ask what the $145 actually covers. The program lists four weekly injections, B12 injections, weekly check-ins and office visits as part of each monthly prescription, but the medication is not in the membership. Ask what the medication will cost you each month, and whether visits, labs and the EKG are billed separately. Ask how to cancel, and whether stopping the medication ends the membership. Ask whether telehealth is available, since it is not published. Finally, ask why the menu labels the program "insured coverage" when the program is cash pay only.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a cash-pay medical weight loss program with a named prescriber, and you can budget for both the monthly fee and the medication. It is a weaker fit if you need insurance billing, published prices for hormone or peptide care, or virtual visits before you commit.
