Your Pinnacle Health is a cash-pay practice at 117 Main Street in Auburndale, Florida 33823, and visits are by appointment only. Kaycie Stringer, APRN, FNP-BC, MSN is the prescriber. What does it cost?

The medication is prescribed and sent to your home from a compounding pharmacy. You pay for each vial when a refill is needed. Syringes, alcohol wipes and an auto injector, if needed, cost extra. Pellet therapy has a $300 initial consultation and labs, which includes a 5 week follow up appointment and 5 week follow up labs. Male sessions are $600 and female sessions are $425.
Low dose Tadalafil 5mg is $20 and anastrozole, if needed, is $20.
Insurance is not accepted. The practice says most of its treatments are off label and not covered by insurance. It offers 10% off the consultation fee for active duty first responders and military, and a discount for more than one service or for multiple months.
