About Lavish Wellness & Aesthetics
What is Lavish Wellness & Aesthetics?
Lavish Wellness & Aesthetics is a medspa at 2060 Limestone Rd, Suite 205, in Wilmington, Delaware. Most of its menu is cosmetic: Botox, dermal fillers, Morpheus8, microneedling, facials, chemical peels and laser hair removal. It also has a primary care side, with physicals, women's health, occupational medicine and weight loss, plus IV infusions and salt therapy. Google lists it as a medical spa, with a 4.6 rating from 233 reviews. It is open Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5.30pm, and Friday, 9am to 2pm. The phone number is 302-604-3448.
The weight loss program uses semaglutide, which the practice also names under the brand Wegovy, and tirzepatide. MIC B12 injections are offered as an add-on. The practice says each plan is monitored by a licensed medical provider who also offers primary care in the office, but it does not name that provider or any prescriber. In its own words: "Our expert team of nurse practitioners specializes in science-backed treatments."
This listing is for its Wilmington office at 2060 Limestone Rd #205.
What does it cost?
The semaglutide plan is $550 a month: a $50 provider appointment, then weekly injections at $125, which comes to $500 a month. The plan includes a personalized weight loss meal plan and raises the dose every 4 weeks. It does not say whether the medication is part of that $550 total.
Tirzepatide is listed at $175 per week, with no monthly total. MIC B12 is $50 per week, including a meal plan. Oral medications cost extra. The practice does not publish insurance or telehealth information. It mentions memberships and payment plans without giving terms for either. It also states that all sales are final.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask for the name and license of the person who writes the prescription and who adjusts your dose over time. Then ask whether the $125 weekly charge includes the medication, and whether you would receive brand-name Wegovy or a different semaglutide product.
Ask for the monthly total on tirzepatide, since only the weekly price is given. Find out what follow-up visits and lab work cost, whether insurance or an HSA card can be used, and whether any visits are done by telehealth. Ask how cancellation works for a monthly plan, and what the all-sales-final policy means if you stop early or want to change your plan.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a weight loss program in a medspa that also offers skin and aesthetic treatments, and you are ready to pay cash every month. If you need a named prescriber on record, insurance billing, or a full monthly price for every medication, get those answers in writing before you book.
