What is Naqi Medical Spa & Wellness?
Naqi Medical Spa & Wellness is a medical spa at 265 Danbury Road in Wilton, Connecticut. Most of its services are aesthetic: Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau, dermal fillers, microneedling, chemical peels, Kybella, EZGel PRF, PRP or PRF, biostimulators, medical grade skin care and the DiamondGlow facial. It also offers medical weight loss, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), peptide therapy, IV therapy and vitamin shots.
Dr. Yasmin Santos, APRN, DNP, FNP-BC, is the one prescriber named, and is listed as founder and medical director. For weight loss, Naqi names Ozempic, Wegovy and Zepbound. It describes the program as physician-supervised. In its own words: "Unlike fad diets, we focus on creating a sustainable lifestyle change through personalized plans that may include nutritional guidance, exercise recommendations, and, when appropriate, medication like Semaglutide or Tirzepatide". The office is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm, and Saturday, 9am to 12pm, and it is closed Sunday. Its Google listing is a medical spa with a rating of 5 from 13 reviews. Naqi serves patients from several Fairfield County towns, including Westport, New Canaan and Stamford, from its one office in Wilton.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices, a consultation fee, or whether it accepts insurance. It also does not say whether medication is included in any program fee. Weight loss and hormone therapy both require a consultation first, and BHRT also requires lab work. Ask for each of those costs in writing before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and who supervises the weight loss program. Naqi describes the program as physician-supervised, but the only prescriber it names is a nurse practitioner, so ask whether a physician is involved and in what role. Ask whether the program fee, if there is one, includes Ozempic, Wegovy or Zepbound, or whether you pay the pharmacy separately. Ask whether the hormones are name-brand products or compounded versions, since the BHRT program refers to bioidentical compounds. Ask which peptides are used and how they are sourced, since none are named. Ask about lab work, follow-up visits, and the B12 or other supplements the weight loss program may add. Ask whether any visit can be done by video, since Naqi stresses face-to-face care and does not say whether telehealth is offered. Finally, ask how to cancel and whether any part of a fee comes back if you stop partway through.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want skin or injectable treatments along with a weight loss, hormone or peptide program, all in one Wilton office, and you are willing to get the full cost in writing before you commit. If you need a published price before you call, Naqi does not publish one, so expect to ask.
