What is Attune Wellness Med Spa?
Attune Wellness Med Spa is a med spa with offices in Stamford and Greenwich, Connecticut, and a Westport office listed as opening soon. Most of what it sells is aesthetic and spa work, including Botox, dermal fillers, facials, laser treatments, IV drips and wellness shots. Its medical side is a weight loss program built around tirzepatide, and hormone replacement therapy using Biote bioidentical hormone pellets. It does not list peptide therapy as a service.
The only prescriber it names is Jean-Carlos Jimenez, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician who serves as medical director. Its pages also describe nurse practitioners running weekly weight loss check-ins and hormone follow-up. The clinic has a 5 rating on Google from 193 reviews. In its own words: "A complete GLP-1 program with baseline labs, personalized prescribing, nutrition support, ongoing care, and medication delivered to your door."
What does it cost?
The weight loss program is priced monthly, and the medication is included. The 3 month plan is $850 a month, or $2550 total. The 6 month plan is $725 a month, or $4350 total. Both include tirzepatide, nutritionist visits, weekly check-ins and Goode Health shakes. A separate nutritionist program is $89 a month with a 6 month minimum. Add-on tests are $200 for initial lab work, $500 for GI MAP, $250 for celiac or gluten testing and $500 for micronutrients. The first consultation is free, with no commitment required.
It does not publish a price for hormone therapy. That is custom and discussed at consultation. Spa memberships run $149, $199 or $249 a month, with a 6 month minimum that renews semi-annually. It does not say whether it takes insurance. It mentions financing under the heading TREAT NOW, PAY LATER.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription, Dr. Jimenez or a nurse practitioner, and who adjusts the plan over time. Ask whether the tirzepatide is brand-name or compounded, and whether the monthly fee covers every visit and lab or whether the add-on tests come on top. For hormone therapy, ask for the full cost before you book, including how often pellets are re-inserted and what each insertion costs. Its own FAQ notes that Biote pellets are compounded and not approved by the FDA, so ask what that means for your plan. Ask which states its virtual consultation covers, and whether it accepts HSA or FSA funds. Its published cancellation terms cover memberships only, so ask how the medical programs end if you stop early.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a medical weight loss or hormone program in the same place as facials and laser work, and you are comfortable paying cash or using financing. It is less of a fit if you want a standalone medical practice, peptide therapy, or a published price for hormone care before you come in.
