What is BioRestore?
BioRestore is a medical wellness practice, and weight loss is one of its services rather than its whole business. Its menu also covers male and female hormone optimization, sexual health, peptide therapy, IV therapy, injectable toxins, BioWave therapy, PRP injections, Accufit muscle toning and prescription skincare.
Its main weight loss medication is a compounded GLP-1 injection, labeled Compounded Non-FDA Approved GLP-1 (Ozempic). It also says Wegovy and Zepbound are available through its membership program, and it lists phentermine and Lipo-B and Lipo-C injections among the options it may consider. It does not name the doctor who prescribes. Virtual appointments are offered alongside in-person visits.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for any service, and it does not state a consultation fee. The first visit includes a detailed medical history and a discussion of your weight loss goals. In its own words: "Lab testing is required before your consultation, and we will coordinate this on your behalf." It does not say what the labs cost.
It lists a Weight Loss Membership and a Patient Financing page, but gives no cost for either. It does not say whether a price includes medication, or whether it bills insurance. Veterans and first responders receive 10% off services. Ask the office you plan to visit for current prices before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and whether that doctor will see you at follow-up visits. Ask whether the Weight Loss Membership includes the medication, what it costs each month, and how cancellation works, including any fee. Ask whether the medication is the brand-name drug or the compounded version, and what the Non-FDA Approved label means for the product you would receive. Ask what the labs and each follow-up visit cost, and whether it bills insurance at all. If Wegovy or Zepbound interests you, ask whether they come through the membership or are billed separately.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight loss handled alongside hormone or other wellness care, and you are comfortable getting prices and the prescriber's name in writing before you commit. If you need those answers up front, call first and ask.
