What is Restore Health LLC?

It says: "Transparent: Cash-pay for personalized care; pricing discussed upfront." Even so, it does not publish prices for weight loss or GLP-1 visits, follow-up visits, or medication. It also does not say whether medication is included in hormone therapy prices, or whether testosterone and weight loss drugs cost extra. Standard lab work is described as typically covered by insurance, while optional tests are paid directly to outside labs. It does not describe a membership plan or cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask what a follow-up visit costs, and whether the monthly cost of a weight loss medication includes the drug itself. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask who writes the prescription and who adjusts the dose, since Dr. Duben is the only prescriber named.
Telehealth needs a direct question. The home page says: "Telemedicine available for all patients. Patients from outside Connecticut need an in-person initial consultation first." Other text says out-of-state patients can use telehealth with upfront payment. Ask which applies to you before you pay.
Ask which supplements might be recommended and what they cost, since the weight loss page mentions them. Ask which lab tests your insurance will be billed for, and what the optional tests cost. Finally, ask how a prepaid visit or prescription is handled if you cancel.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want an endocrinologist for testosterone, thyroid, cortisol or weight care, you can pay for every visit out of pocket, and you live in Connecticut or in Fairfield County. It is a weaker fit if you are looking for peptide or longevity services, which are not listed, or if you need a clear answer on out-of-state telehealth before you commit.
