What should you ask before you book?

Start with the prescriber. One named provider is an APRN and the other an RN, so ask which of them writes hormone or weight prescriptions, whether that person sees you in person or by telehealth, and whether a prescriber supervises the weight program, which the practice does not say.

Next, ask whether the program fee includes medication, which medications are used, whether they are brand name or compounded, and what you will pay each month on top of the program fee. Ask what labs and follow-up visits cost and whether labs are included.

Then ask the basics it does not publish: whether it takes insurance, its hours, and whether it sees patients outside Westminster. Ask how the membership bills, how long you are committed, how to cancel, and whether the $0 first visit and the consultation deposit are separate charges.
