What is TEN Salon and Spa?
TEN Salon and Spa is a beauty salon and med spa at 6045 Sky Pond Dr., Suite R100, in Loveland, Colorado. Most of its menu is salon, spa and cosmetic work. Its wellness menu adds medical weight loss, alternative weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, IV infusion therapy, wellness injections and vitamin B12.
The GLP-1 program features Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. The alternative program names Acarbose, Oxytocin, Lipo-Mino-C, HCG and Bella (Bella 3). The hormone program offers bio-identical plans for men and women, with testosterone, estradiol and progesterone among the medications. It does not name a prescriber or state how many years it has been open. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 8:00pm, and Friday through Sunday, 9:00am to 7:00pm.
What does it cost?
The GLP-1 program has two introductory prices: $99 for the first month of Semaglutide and $199 for the first month of Tirzepatide. Its GLP-1 page offers discounted pricing for the first five months of Semaglutide and the first six months of Tirzepatide, but it does not publish the monthly price after those periods. It does not say whether the monthly fee includes the medication. In its own words: "Our monthly cost remains the same regardless of your dosage."
The alternative program describes a fixed monthly price covering the prescription and a monthly office visit, and the hormone plans are also fixed monthly prices. It publishes no figure for either. The initial consultation is free. The menu lists Med Spa Financing and Payment Plans, without terms. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, and it does not state cancellation or commitment terms for its weight loss or hormone programs.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes. The clinic does not name a prescriber, so get the name and credentials of the person who writes your prescription and reviews your progress each month. Ask whether the Semaglutide or Tirzepatide is brand-name or compounded, and what it costs each month once the introductory periods end, including whether the medication is part of that fee.
Ask what each monthly visit costs and whether lab work is extra. On the hormone plans, ask which labs come with each plan and what the à la carte labs cost. Ask whether follow-up can be done by video, since it does not say. Finally, ask whether it bills insurance or accepts HSA funds, and how cancellation works, including any minimum number of months.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you already plan to use the Loveland location for salon, spa or cosmetic services and want a monthly weight loss or hormone program alongside them, and you are willing to get the prescriber, the ongoing medication cost and the cancellation terms confirmed before you pay. If you want a named prescriber and published monthly prices before you call, this one suits you only after you have asked those questions.
