What is Bridge Health Clinic?
Bridge Health Clinic is a functional medicine practice at 2026 Blue Mesa Court in Loveland, Colorado. It opened in 2021, when Kristy Fraley, NP-C, and Teri Geiger began practicing together after several years at a family practice in Greeley. Kristy Fraley, NP-C, is the only prescriber the clinic names. Teri Geiger handles functional nutrition guidance and office management.
The clinic offers Women's Health, Men's Health, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Hair Restoration, Weight Loss, Functional Nutrition, Primary Care and Functional Medicine, Regenerative Medicine, Adaptogens and Supplements. Its weight loss program starts with lab work and a detailed health history. The one medication it names is tirzepatide, which it offers under medical supervision for patients where biology creates a significant barrier to progress. Google lists the clinic at 4.8 from 19 reviews. It is open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and closed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone therapy or any other service. It does not say whether tirzepatide is included in any price, and it states no consultation fee. Memberships come in individual, couples and family plans. Each includes access to the primary care and functional medicine team, with specialty services added on. Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis under a Membership Agreement, and the amount is not published, so call (970) 667-3154 and ask.
In its own words: "We do not accept health insurance as payment for our services." Some patients pay with HSA or FSA accounts, and CareCredit financing is available. The adaptogen program takes 15% off monthly shipments and has no enrollment or membership fees. The shop lists each adaptogen elixir at $49.99.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs each prescription, and whether Kristy Fraley, NP-C, sees you at every visit. Ask whether the membership fee covers the tirzepatide medication, and whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. It does not say. Ask what lab work and follow-up visits cost, since weight loss begins with labs. Ask whether telehealth visits are offered, because it does not say that either. Ask what the 30-minute consultation costs, and how a membership is cancelled. Visits begin in person: "Schedule an in-person initial appointment so that we can get to know each other and answer any questions you may have."
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want one team to handle primary care, hormone visits and weight loss on an ongoing basis, you are ready to pay directly without insurance billing, and you are comfortable getting every price in writing before you commit. If you need telehealth or a published fee schedule, ask first, because the clinic does not offer either on its pages.
