What does it cost?

The BODY by Titanium consultation is free and lasts 30 minutes. The example vitamin cocktails run from $65 to $100.
Silver is $999 for a 3 month commitment, with a discount for renewing for 6 months. Gold is $175 a month for 6 months, or one payment of $999 (or $1499 with the $500 setup fee). Platinum is $170 a month for 12 months, or $1836 paid up front, with a $500 setup fee. Platinum includes 12 months of check-ins of 30 minutes, in person or virtual. Follow-up labs cost $100 to $350 and are not included in Gold or Platinum. On BODY, supplements and peptides cost extra, with a 10% discount for members. It does not say whether weight loss medication is included in the plan price, or whether it accepts insurance. Cancellations need 24 hours notice. Anything under 12 hours is charged 50% of the visit cost.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription for hormone therapy and weight loss medication, and what that person's credentials are. No one is named. Ask whether the weight loss medication is included in the plan price, which medication it is, and whether it is brand name or compounded.
Hormone therapy starts with an evaluation, so ask what it costs beyond the $150 consultation. In its own words: "Evaluation required before therapy is considered." Ask as well about insurance, about follow-up labs beyond the $100 to $350 listed, and about how cancellation and refunds work if you stop before a commitment ends.
Who is it a good fit for?
