What is Ageless Expressions?
Ageless Expressions is a medical spa with offices in Littleton and Golden, Colorado. Dr. Gina L. Haeussner, MD, is the owner and medical director. She is a board-certified medical doctor with over 14 years of experience, and she is the only prescriber the clinic names. The practice has been open since 2012.
The clinic offers several service groups. Hormone therapy covers hormone replacement for women and men, menopause treatment, testosterone replacement, thyroid hormone therapy and hormone pellet therapy. Medical weight loss uses GLP-1 medications, with tirzepatide and semaglutide named, alongside B12 injections and InBody testing. Longevity medicine includes longevity testing and analysis, GLP-1 microdosing and NAD+ injection therapy. The clinic also offers sexual health treatments, acoustic shockwave therapy, and aesthetic procedures such as Botox and dermal fillers. Weight loss is one service among these, not the whole practice.
This listing is for its Littleton office at 2329 W. Main Street, Suite 201.
What does it cost?
The medical weight loss program starts at $37.25 per week. In its own words: "Achieve Real, Long-Lasting Results Without the Yo-Yo Dieting Starting at $37.25 per Week." The word "starting" means that figure is a lower starting point, not a full quote.
The clinic does not say whether the medication is included in that price. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, and it does not publish a consultation fee. No prices are given for its hormone, longevity or aesthetic services. The menu links to CareCredit, so ask whether that financing applies to your treatment.
What should you ask before you book?
Call (720) 864-1272 and ask which office you would be booking, since the clinic's listed street addresses do not match from one place to another. Ask who signs the weight loss prescription and whether you will be seen in person before it is written.
Ask whether the weekly price includes the medication, and what your total would be each month. Ask whether the tirzepatide or semaglutide is a brand-name product or a compounded version. Ask what the consultation, follow-up visits and lab work cost, whether follow-up can be done by telehealth, and whether insurance or HSA funds can be used. Finally, ask how to cancel and whether there is a membership or minimum term.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are paying cash, want a physician-led practice that also offers hormone, longevity and aesthetic services, and are comfortable getting the full monthly cost in writing before you book. It is a weaker fit if you need the medication price stated up front or need to know whether insurance applies.
