Ask whether any monthly fee includes the medication, and what the medication costs on its own if it does not. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether they are billed to insurance or paid in cash. Ask whether any visits can be done by telehealth, and what the office hours are, since the clinic does not list them. Finally, ask how you cancel and whether there is a membership or contract.
