Ask whether the first visit is in person or by video, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost. Ask who answers the unlimited messages and how quickly. Ask how to cancel a program or membership, and whether you pay for the rest of a month if you stop. For peptide therapy, ask what the treatment involves and what it costs, since the pages give only the name.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a medical spa that also offers prescription weight loss, hormone therapy or peptides, and you are comfortable paying cash and getting the prescriber, the monthly cost and the cancellation terms in writing before you start. It is probably not the right fit if you need to know the name of the physician before you book, or if you want a practice whose main focus is medicine rather than cosmetic treatment.
