Weight loss lists semaglutide, tirzepatide, phentermine and weight loss injections, with vitamin B12 added when a practitioner judges it necessary. Anti-aging includes Botox, Dysport, NAD and sermorelin. Wellness includes B12 with L-carnitine and glutathione with vitamin C and zinc.

Listed hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday 12 AM to 5 PM, Friday 12 PM to 5 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices, consultation fees, or the cost of any medication or service. It states: "Insurance is not required to access our services and products. No membership, commitment or hidden fees." It does not say whether it accepts insurance, or whether a weight loss price includes the medication. Ask for each charge in writing before your first visit, including the consultation, the medication, follow-up visits and lab work.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and who handles follow-up. The clinic does not name a prescriber, so get the name and license of the clinician before you pay.
Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. The clinic's pharmacy FAQ explains the difference between 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies but does not name its own. Ask which type it uses.
Ask about delivery. The clinic ships medication by FedEx, and a banner on its homepage mentions free home delivery. Confirm whether shipping is included and how long processing takes, which it lists as 5 to 7 business days.
Ask whether visits can be done by telehealth, which it does not address. Ask what happens to a medication order if you stop, since cancellation terms are not listed. Confirm the Thursday hours, which show 12 AM, and ask how long the practice has been open.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want cash-pay access to hormone therapy, a weight loss program, or the anti-aging and wellness services listed, and you are ready to get the prescriber, pharmacy, full monthly cost and cancellation terms in writing before you pay. It is a weaker fit if you need insurance billing or want to see a named physician before you call.
