What is Elevation Hydration?
Elevation Hydration is mainly an IV hydration clinic with offices in Colorado Springs and Lone Tree, Colorado. Its services include IV drips, injections, infrared sauna, mobile IV visits and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy. Four of its services are the medical ones most people read about here: medical weight loss with GLP-1 medications, testosterone and hormone replacement, peptide therapy, and longevity medicine. The weight loss program names semaglutide and tirzepatide as its medications.
Dr. Jeremiah Ellias directs the medical services. The clinic does not state his credentials. Its nurses, paramedics and EMTs give the IVs under his medical direction. The Lone Tree office serves Douglas County and the south Denver metro, including Highlands Ranch, Parker and Castle Rock. In its own words: "it starts with your bloodwork, not a one-size-fits-all plan." The weight loss program begins with a consult and a metabolic panel, then continues with monthly in-person check-ins.
This listing is for its Colorado Springs office at 4337 North Academy Blvd #110.
What does it cost?
The clinic does not publish prices for its medical weight loss, hormone or peptide programs. Its IV packages start at $84, and it advertises a $78 drip called "Elevate" for first-time visits. Its memberships are listed at $299, $599 and $1250 per month, but the clinic does not say which services each tier covers. It does not take insurance but accepts HSA and FSA cards. It does not say whether medication is included in any monthly fee, and it does not publish a consultation fee on its own.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription, what Dr. Ellias's medical degree is, and whether he holds a Colorado license. Ask whether a weight loss monthly fee includes the medication, and whether semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand-name or compounded. Ask what the initial labs, follow-up visits and dose changes cost on their own. Ask whether any visits can be done by video, since the clinic does not say. Its website marks peptide therapy as under medical review, so ask whether it is available now and where the peptides come from. Ask whether hormone therapy has its own monthly price, and how to cancel a membership and whether cancellation carries a fee.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want an in-person visit for IVs or wellness care in Colorado Springs or Lone Tree and are ready to pay cash or use an HSA or FSA card. It is a harder fit if you need a published price before you book, or if you want to confirm a prescriber's credentials before starting a prescription.
