What does it cost?

The Bronze Essentials membership is $499 every six weeks. It includes prescription weight management medication, a medical evaluation, a 3D body composition scan, one coaching session, and a nutrition plan. Silver Plus is $699 every six weeks and adds red light and pelvic floor sessions. Gold Elite is $899 every six weeks and adds more sessions and VIP event invitations. The first assessment is free.

Memberships renew automatically every six weeks and are charged to the card you give at enrollment. You can cancel by calling the clinic or telling staff at your next visit, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current six-week term. Peptide therapy and medication outside a membership are not priced online, so the total is reviewed with you in person. Financing runs through Cherry, with 0% APR options for qualifying applicants and a soft credit check. The clinic does not say whether it accepts insurance or HSA and FSA cards.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs the prescription and what credentials that clinician holds, since the clinic does not name them. Ask whether the GLP-1 medication is compounded, which pharmacy fills it, and what peptide therapy costs on its own. Ask what happens to your prescription when a membership ends and whether it continues, and at what price.

Ask how many in-person visits a six-week term requires, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost after the first term. Ask whether the clinic takes your insurance or HSA or FSA card. Before you enroll, confirm the cancellation steps and get the renewal terms in writing.

Who is it a good fit for?
