About Remedy Bar

What is Remedy Bar?

Remedy Bar is a wellness and age management clinic at 7298 Lagae Road, Suite C, in Castle Pines, Colorado. Jaime McNitt, PA-C leads the practice and is listed as its founder. She holds a Master of Medical Science degree from Emory University and has 20+ years of practice. Angela Blevins, PA-C and Gabby Travers, RN are also named as prescribers.

Its medical services are hormone replacement and optimization, and medical weight loss. The weight loss program uses GLP-1 and GIP medications, with semaglutide and tirzepatide named, plus nutrition coaching and exercise counseling. Hormone care may use BioTE hormone pellets, topical creams and gels, or oral and sublingual options. The clinic also offers cosmetic treatments such as Botox and Xeomin, filler and PRP, IPL photofacial, laser hair removal, RF microneedling and T-Shape 2 body sculpting. Its pages list towns from Arvada to Westminster as areas it serves, but it has one office, in Castle Pines. It does not list hours, and it does not say whether it offers telehealth. It has a 5 rating on Google from 131 reviews.

What does it cost?

The first visit is a 60-minute consultation for $129, and medications dispensed in the office carry additional fees. GLP-1 and GIP injectables start at $203 a month, priced by dose and compound. The clinic does not say whether the medication is included in that price. Female hormone pellets cost $375 every 4 months, and male pellets cost $575 every 4 months or $725 every 6 months. HSA or FSA cards can be used for hormone services. Other listed prices include a $20 body composition scan, an $18 B12 injection, and a $148 5-day ProLon program.

Memberships cost $129, $299, or $549 a month, with a $59 activation fee and a 6-month commitment. After that, the membership continues month to month until you cancel with 30 days written notice. Medical visits are cash pay. In its own words: "We’re a fee-for-service clinic." Commercial insurance can be used for lab work through LabCorp, Quest, or UCHealth, and self-pay lab options are also offered.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes and signs your prescription, since three clinicians are named, and which one you will see at follow-ups. Ask whether the $203 monthly price includes the medication, and how the cost changes with dose. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, since pricing depends on the compound. Ask what monthly follow-ups and lab work cost beyond the $129 consultation, and what the in-office medication fees are.

If you consider a membership, the membership page says credits apply to any service or product, so confirm whether that includes medical visits and prescriptions. Ask what happens to banked credits if you cancel, since they expire 12 months after accrual once a membership is canceled. Finally, ask for clinic hours and whether telehealth is available, because neither is listed.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you plan to pay cash for care near Castle Pines, and want a clinic led by a PA-C for medical weight loss or hormone therapy, with cosmetic treatments available too. It is a weaker fit if you need insurance billed for visits, or if you want hours and telehealth details before you call.
