ModMD's Venice clinic sits at 208 Lincoln Blvd and mixes medical weight loss with IV infusions and aesthetics. Weight-loss shots are priced by dose band, from $349 for four micro-dose shots up to $699 for four higher-dose shots per month. IV drips run from $225 to $475. There is no published consultation fee and no statement about insurance.

## What does the weight-loss program involve?

Semaglutide and tirzepatide are both named. The program is described in three parts: consultation, coaching, and medication. Prices are organised by dose band rather than by drug. One month of micro-dose shots at .125mg is $349 for four shots. One month of lower-dose shots is $499 for four shots, with the dose band printed as ".25mg /.5mg / .1 mg / 1.5mg" on the page; that string is reproduced as published rather than tidied up. One month of higher-dose shots at 1.7mg or 2.4mg is $699 for four shots. The services menu also carries tirzepatide packages at other prices, but those line items were not captured cleanly enough to quote, so no tirzepatide dose price is given here. A virtual weight-loss program is advertised as covering residents of a number of states, but the state list could not be read, so we cannot say which states qualify.

## What else is on the menu, and what does it cost?

IV infusion therapy is priced per bag: Get Up and Go at $225, Immunity Boost at $240, Reboot for hangovers at $265, the Myers Cocktail at $265, Stomach Flu at $325, Migraine Relief at $365, and a NAD 250 mg with glutathione and MVI boost at $475. Aesthetics include Botox at $14 per unit, the modMD Signature treatment at $225, a Platinum Hydrafacial at $299, and Skin Pen microneedling of the face at $450. Testing is also priced: an in-clinic blood draw is $90, a lab-based COVID PCR is $125, and a rapid bundle for RSV, flu, COVID and strep is $250. One caveat matters here. The menu is labelled for Los Angeles and New York City together, so these are not Venice-only prices, though they do apply to Venice.

## Who runs the clinic?

Two physicians are named on the about page, Naomi Dabby, M.D., and Lisa F. Dabby, M.D. The page publishes separate experience figures for each of them, which belong to the individual physicians rather than to the clinic.

## What we could not confirm

The Venice location's opening hours are not published on any page we read. Neither is a consultation fee, a service area, or any membership or subscription structure with commitment and cancellation terms. Nothing on the site says whether the clinic accepts or bills insurance, and no eligibility statement says who the program is for.
