What is MP Wellness?

MP Wellness is a family-run clinic at 1125 East 16th Street in Upland, CA 91784. Its main focus is hormone therapy, with weight management and several wellness add-ons. Monica Pope, FNP-C, founded the clinic and is its medical provider. She is the only prescriber named. She has over 19 years of nursing experience, starting as an ER nurse at San Bernardino County ARMC, and became a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020.
