What is KLC Telehealth Solutions?
KLC Telehealth Solutions is a clinic that offers care in person and by virtual visit in Florida and California, with offices in Deerfield Beach, Florida and Tustin, California. Its services run from direct primary care and basic urgent care to IV hydration, aesthetic procedures and nutrition coaching. The programs it promotes most are medical weight loss and hormone therapy, with peptide therapy also offered. It does not list longevity medicine as a service.
The clinic does not name the clinician who prescribes. Its pages mention a licensed provider and hormone specialists, but give no names or credentials. The hormones it names are estradiol, progesterone and testosterone. Its weight loss pages refer to injectable and oral versions without naming a drug. Google shows a rating of 5 from 14 reviews.
This listing is for its Tustin office at 17662 Irvine Blvd Ste 5.
What does it cost?
Weight loss prices do not match from one page to the next. One page lists the first consultation as free, with monthly follow-ups at $35. Another lists the first consultation at $80, monthly follow-ups at $60 and initial lab studies at $120. Neither says whether the medication is included. The referral discount is $25 on one page and $50 on another.
Hormone therapy has its own prices. Women's hormone therapy lists a $200 consultation and lab interpretation, a $300 initial lab panel and a $90 follow-up panel. Testosterone therapy lists a $200 consultation, a $300 initial panel and a $120 follow-up panel. Three-month plans cost $499 or $399 for women and $599 or $499 for men, with the higher plan in each pair including the larger lab panel. A separate $150 consultation fee appears on the bio-identical and testosterone pages. Insurance can be used for labs, and for estradiol and progesterone on the women's page.
Peptide therapy shows no price. In its own words: "Choose your location for accurate pricing," but no figures follow. It does not mention financing, membership terms or cancellation.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and what credentials they hold, since no name appears. Ask whether the monthly weight loss fee includes the medication, and whether that medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask which first-visit price applies, $80 or free. For hormone therapy, ask what "bio-identical" means for the hormones prescribed and whether they are compounded. Ask what follow-up lab panels cost and how often you will need them. It does not say how to cancel, whether plans renew, or what its office hours are, so ask about those too.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in Florida or California, want hormone therapy or medical weight loss with a virtual option, and will get the prescriber's name and the medication pricing in writing before you pay. It does not list longevity medicine, so look elsewhere if that is what you need.
