What is HYDR8 IV Hydration Therapy?
HYDR8 IV Hydration Therapy is a wellness clinic. Its name and most of its menu point to IV hydration and vitamin infusions, and medical weight loss is one of several in-office services. The others include injections, high-dose vitamin C, NAD+, iron infusion, PlaqueX, ozone IV therapy, Plate-Rich-Plasma (PRP), peptides, light therapy, oxygen therapy, Normatec compression therapy, OPUS SoundBed and urine testing. Several services, including medical weight loss, can also be booked as in-home visits.
The weight-loss side names tirzepatide and semaglutide as two of its medical weight-loss options. In its own words: "Explore two of today's most recognized medical weight-loss options." It also offers an injection-free program called THINNR and optional Lipo and MIC injections as an add-on. Retatrutide and cagrilintide appear too, and the clinic's own page describes both as investigational and not FDA approved. No prescriber is named, and no street address, phone number or hours appear. Google lists the clinic at a 5 rating from 174 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices. No figure appears for a consultation, for medical weight loss, for IV infusions or for any other service. It also does not say whether medication is part of the weight-loss price, or whether it accepts insurance. HSA use, financing and cancellation terms are not stated either. It has an office memberships page, so ask for the membership terms in writing if that route interests you.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask who writes the prescription for weight-loss medication, what their credentials are, and whether that person evaluates you before the first dose. The clinic's own notice says: "Prescription medications require evaluation by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional." Ask whether that evaluation happens in person or by video.
Next, ask whether the weight-loss price includes the medication, and if not, what the medication costs on top. Ask whether tirzepatide and semaglutide are brand-name products or compounded versions. For retatrutide and cagrilintide, which are investigational, ask whether they are offered at all and under what arrangement. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and how you cancel. Finally, ask for the street address, the towns it serves and its hours, since none are published.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want IV, vitamin or in-office treatments and are also considering medical weight loss, and you are comfortable getting the prescriber, the full price and the medication terms in writing before you book. If you are looking for hormone therapy, this clinic does not list it, so it is not the place for that.
