## What does it cost?
Two prices exist on the entire site, and both sit on the weight-loss page: semaglutide starting at $350 and tirzepatide starting at $350. Those are "starting at" figures rather than firm prices, and they are identical to each other, so the page tells you a floor and nothing about how dose affects the total. The contact page states that most prices for services are listed on the website, which is not borne out: the services page attaches no prices, and there is no price menu or specials page anywhere. Whether a consultation costs anything is not stated in either direction.
## How does payment work?
The contact page is unusually direct about money, and most of what it says is useful. "We do not bill health insurance for services and payment is due at time of service." Cash, credit cards and debit cards are accepted, and so are HSA and FSA cards, with the caveat that "coverage is determined by your individual plan, and we cannot guarantee reimbursement" and that the spa is "unable to complete or submit additional documentation or paperwork required for claims". The page also says "All prices are fixed, whether you have health insurance or not" and that if the spa cannot help you, there is no charge. No membership program exists; everything is priced per service.

## Who works there, and what is not published?
Two people are named, both published with the words "Registered Nurse" rather than post-nominal letters: Ivette B. Ruiz and Blendy Duran. They are the co-owners. No physician, nurse practitioner or medical director is named anywhere, and no supervising physician is stated, which is worth noting for a practice prescribing semaglutide and tirzepatide. The about page also names an assistant manager, a medical assistant and a licensed esthetician. Hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM to 3 PM. Not published: a consultation fee, prices for the other twelve service categories, any telehealth offering or list of states, stated eligibility for the weight-loss program, a service area beyond the Torrance address, and how long the spa has been in business.
