Ask whether any fee includes the medication, and whether semaglutide or tirzepatide is the brand-name product or a compounded version. The clinic does not say. Ask what the B12, fat burner and peptide items cost, and whether each one needs a prescription.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and what the consultation fee is. Ask what the $100 cash charge covers and how large the copay is before an insurance visit. Ask how to cancel a program and whether any money comes back. The clinic does not list office hours, so ask for them at both offices.
