What is The Weight Loss Center?
The Weight Loss Center is a medical weight loss clinic at 3555 Deer Park Drive, Suite 160, Stockton, CA 95219. The phone number is 209-591-7616. Its main work is medication-based weight loss, with hormone therapy and cosmetic treatments offered alongside. It serves patients from Stockton, Lodi, Lathrop, Manteca, Tracy, Sacramento, and the East Bay.
The clinic offers Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, two GLP-1 medications, plus bioidentical hormone therapy given as pellets. Aesthetics covers Botox and dermal fillers. Body contouring covers PHYSIQ 360 and Invisa-RED, a laser-based treatment.
The practice is owned and operated by a physician who is board certified in weight loss and obesity management, but that physician and any other prescriber are not named. It is rated 5 on Google from 37 reviews. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, Saturday, 9am to 12pm, and closed Sunday.
What does it cost?
Medication prices are per dose. Semaglutide runs from $69 a weekly dose at 0.25 mg to $129 at 2.40 mg, or $260 to $470 for four weekly doses. Tirzepatide runs from $80 a weekly dose at 2.5 mg to $160 at 15.0 mg, or $300 to $599 for four weekly doses. The clinic does not say whether the medication is included in those prices.
Body contouring is sold by the session. One session is $500, nine sessions are $999, and twenty-four are $2,400. Male pellet therapy is $699, and the female price is not shown. The Styku 3D body scanner has an annual membership for $99 with unlimited scans. The first consultation is listed as free with no obligation. No price is given for consultation labs.
On insurance, the clinic's own wording treats weight-loss attempts as "elective" care that most plans typically do not cover. The clinic does not say whether it accepts insurance. It does not describe financing or cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Who writes the prescription, and will that physician see you in person? Get the name before you pay anything.
Does the monthly GLP-1 price include the medication, the visits, and the labs? What do follow-up labs cost?
Is each medication brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it? The clinic works with licensed U.S. pharmacies, so ask which one.
Can any visit be done by video, and how are refills handled?
If you sign up for a monthly plan, how much notice does cancellation need, and is there a minimum term?
What do the figures in parentheses beside the body contouring prices mean? Ask for the female pellet therapy price too.
Ask for the clinical study behind the Invisa-RED claims and who ran it.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you plan to pay cash for medication-based weight loss, can get to the Stockton office, and want the prescriber, the monthly price, and the cancellation terms in writing before you pay. If you need insurance to cover the medication, the clinic's description of insurance coverage suggests that is unlikely.
