SkinLab Santa Monica is an aesthetics clinic at 2801 Main St in Santa Monica that also runs a medical weight-loss service. The only prices on its own site are two membership tiers: $225 a month on a six-month membership, $195 a month on an annual one. Those are discount memberships, not the price of treatment. No treatment price is published anywhere.
## What does the clinic actually treat?
Two things are documented in depth. The weight-loss side covers injectable weight-loss treatments, and the medications named are Ozempic (semaglutide), Wegovy and tirzepatide. The body-contouring side covers CoolSculpting, including the version the clinic lists as "CoolSculpting ELITE". The site also lists facials, Botox, dermal filler, Sculptra, laser treatments, men's aesthetics, dermaplaning, LED light therapy and a treatment called SkinBright, but those names sit in site navigation and we could not bind them to a page that describes them, so we have left them out of the confirmed menu. The clinic is open 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday and closed on Sunday. It trades on its own contact page as SkinLab Santa Monica by Cavendish Clinic, and this is the Santa Monica location only.
## What does it cost?
The membership page is the only place on the domain that prints a number. A six-month membership runs $225 a month and carries 10% off products, 10% off injectable, laser and signature treatments, a complimentary birthday booster and a SKINVIP gift. An annual membership runs $195 a month and carries 15% off products, 15% off injectables, 15% off laser treatments, a complimentary birthday booster, one facial to gift to a friend and a SKINVIP gift. Neither figure is the cost of care. There is no published consultation fee, no per-unit Botox price, no filler price, no CoolSculpting price and no weight-loss injection price. The membership page names no enrolment fee, no commitment length and no cancellation terms. Booking and the real price surface appear to live on a third-party host, and we took no figure from it.
## How does the weight-loss program run, and who runs it?
Four steps are published: an initial consultation with treatment education, blood paneling, a series of weekly injections, and ongoing professional treatment and monitoring. No eligibility criteria are published, so there is no stated rule about who qualifies. The team page names four people: Dr. Hisham Seify, a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, plus Jasman, Jennifer and Dani Knight. The last three are published without letters after their names. The page prints five credential strings for four people without binding them, so we cannot say who holds which. No page names the prescriber for the weight-loss medication.
## What about insurance and virtual visits?
The Ozempic page carries a general line that "Insurance coverage varies, and many policies do not cover it for weight loss." That is a statement about the drug, not a billing policy, and the clinic publishes no policy of its own in either direction.
