What is BotoxxCafe?
BotoxxCafe is a medical spa at 2118 El Camino Real, Ste. 19, in Santa Clara, California. It offers eight services: Botox, dermal fillers, GLP-1 weight loss, hair PRP, microneedling, biostimulators, PDO threads and IV hydration. Most of the menu is aesthetic, and weight loss is one program among them.
The clinic features Nurse Shirley, an advanced aesthetic nurse injector with over 28 years of healthcare experience. Dr. Rosendorff is listed as medical director and is the only prescriber the clinic names, but no credentials are published beside that name.
The office is by appointment only. It is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 to 4:00, Thursday from 9:00 to 5:00, Friday from 9:00 to 4:30 and Saturday from 9:00 to noon, and it is closed Monday and Sunday. The phone number is 408-442-3000. Google reviews give it a 4.9 rating from 133 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for any service, including the GLP-1 program. It requires a scheduling or consultation deposit, and every booking deposit is applied in full to the treatment or service, but it does not give the deposit amount or a consultation fee. It does not say whether the program's medication is included in any fee, or whether it accepts insurance. Financing is available through its partner, Cherry, and Alle points can be used toward any Juvederm or Botox treatment.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the medication. The clinic may prescribe an FDA-approved medication or another legally available prescription medication, but it names none. Ask for the name, and ask whether it is the brand-name product or a compounded version.
Ask who signs the prescription and what credentials that person holds. Dr. Rosendorff is the only prescriber named, and the clinic gives no credentials for them.
Ask whether the program fee covers the medication, the consultation, follow-up visits and lab work, and what each costs on its own. Ask the deposit amount too, and whether it is refunded if you cancel or are found not to be a candidate.
Ask whether the first visit can be done by video. The clinic does not describe telehealth.
In its own words: "Prescription medications are provided only after evaluation by a licensed medical provider, and not all patients are candidates for GLP-1 therapy." Ask what that evaluation includes and what it costs.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want injectables, skin treatments and a weight loss program in one Santa Clara office, and you are paying out of pocket. Settle the prescriber, the medication and the total cost before you pay a deposit, since the clinic has not published any of them.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
